The Garrard Arts Center is open to the community. We welcome local artists to visit and use the studios, workshops and sell their art in the gift shop.
Our gift shop and gallery is open to the public Monday – Friday 11 am – 5 pm and Saturday 10 am – 2 pm. Unique handmade items make the best gifts. We have a variety of items including jewelry, soaps, artwork, photography, paintings, glassware, wooden bowls and many other items.

Feb 17 Personal Crystal Grid– Have you heard about or seen a crystal grid and wondered what they are for or how they work? During this class you will create your own personal grid using quartz crystals. Grids are excellent tools for meditation, healing, intention setting and more. Taught by Certified Crystal Healer- Fran Fens. Materials fee $10.
Feb 24 Getting in touch with your Chakras– Discover what and where your 7 main Energy Centers are. We will explore each one in detail to get an understanding of how these are important to our Well Being.

March 2 Creating Sacred Space– Why creating a special place where you can go to is beneficial for meditation or prayer and personal growth. We will discuss what types of things can help create this space and ideas for places it can be located.
March 23 Anxiety Hacks– We all have experienced anxiety in some way. If you are one of the millions of people who have to deal with it on a regular basis, this class is for you! We will discuss ways to stop an anxiety or panic attack & how to help someone else who is experiencing an anxiety attack. We will also discuss practices to prevent anxiety from being part of your daily life.
March 28 Wellness 2020 -Body, Mind and Spirit Expo Speakers, Vendors, Workshops, Private Sessions. Garrard Adult Education Center 9-3pm Tickets will include lunch and all workshops.
March 30 Dreams…. What do they mean? We all dream every night. Do you remember what you dreamed last night? We will explore ways to remember and figure out what our subconscious is trying to tell us while we are asleep. We will look into common types of dreams, patterns, themes, recurring dreams, lucid dreaming and nightmares.
